Return Policy

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

If the order has not been prepared yet:

  • We can make changes or cancellations free of charge.

If your order has been prepared but not yet shipped:

  • We cannot make changes.
  • You can cancel your order. We will refund 90% of your order and give you a 10% discount coupon for your next order.

If the order has already been shipped:

We do not process cancellation requests via email or phone.
Please note: If we have mistakenly shipped your order after your cancellation request, we will need to receive the package back before we can issue the corresponding refund.

You will receive a discount coupon for 70 to 90% of the product's price as displayed on the website at the time of purchase, depending on the condition of the returned product. You can use this coupon to purchase another product.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to inspect, evaluate and/or see if the items suit you, unless otherwise stated. We recommend that you check the items you receive immediately upon receipt to ensure that they are in good working order and were delivered correctly. Optics that have been mounted cannot be returned. Please inspect the optics before mounting.

To return or exchange an item, please fill out this form and we will provide you with instructions for return or exchange.

Terms:

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • You are responsible for the shipping costs when returning the item(s).
  • Please note that we are not responsible for customs charges (import duties or taxes) on returns. You are responsible for all costs and fees associated with returning your order.
  • We only accept returns via a trackable shipping method, as we cannot refund/exchange lost returns. We are not responsible for anything that may happen during return shipping. We consider the product returned when it is delivered to our warehouse.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item(s). Within seven days, we will inspect the item(s) and we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund or exchange.

Items that are not in their original packaging or are not in perfect condition are subject to a minimum fee of 10% of the total price.

Prey:
If your request is approved, we will send you a discount code for the value of the returned product so you can place a new order within seven business days (shipping costs not included).

Return:
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be transferred to the original payment method within seven business days. We will deduct shipping costs, customs fees, and other applicable fees.
