Warranty Policy
At Wolfiek Group, we only sell new and original products with a warranty. The warranty is valid as long as the product is used under normal conditions of use. The warranty period starts from the date of the purchase invoice. When you buy from one of the stores owned by Wolfiek Group, you directly benefit from the warranty offered by the manufacturer of the product. This means that during the warranty period, the product supplied by Wolfiek Group will be fully covered in the event of a manufacturing defect or a defect resulting from an error in the manufacturing process.
How long does the warranty last?
The warranty period starts on the date of purchase, as stated on the purchase invoice. The warranty period for all new products in our stores is 2 years.
How do I perform the warranty?

The information we need is as follows:
- Purchase invoice number.
- Pictures of the product. We may also request a video recording of the problem.
Once we receive the information, we will handle the warranty service and keep you informed of the process at all times. If we need further information, we will contact you directly.
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers any problems caused by manufacturing defects, either in the product's parts or as a result of the manufacturing process.
The warranty can be resolved in three different ways. Wolfiek Group, in consultation with the user, will determine the most appropriate solution for each individual case:
- Repair
- Replacement
- Refund
The warranty will not be valid if:
- The rifle has been disassembled and assembled incorrectly.
- If we confirm that the lubrication used is not recommended.
- If non-original parts have been integrated.
- The product shows signs of abuse.
The warranty covers the products when they are used according to the instructions and for their intended purpose.
What is not included in the warranty?
The warranty DOES NOT COVER:
- O-rings, bolts, gaskets, springs and cylinder heads.
- Damage caused by the owner's negligence.
- Damage that occurs during transport/shipping.
- Damage caused by misuse or improper maintenance.
- Parts that are subject to natural wear and tear during use of the product.
- Damage caused by use of the product on other objects or property.
- Any other expenses.
The warranty does not cover defects or deviations in the products if they have been misused or modified by third parties. The warranty also does not include transportation costs. At Wolfiek Group, we hope that you will be completely satisfied with every purchase you make.
