Please note that shipping times may be affected during busy periods. All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse within 1-2 business days, with the exception of pre-orders. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking and shipping information.
Address accuracy
To ensure smooth delivery, it is mandatory to provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including phone number and street number. We do not ship to PO boxes under any circumstances.
If a package is misdelivered due to incomplete or incorrect address information, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or replacement.
If you discover an error in the delivery address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at sales@wolfieknorway.no instead of contacting the carrier directly. Let us handle the change to avoid any problems. While we will do our best to help, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made in a timely manner.
